This 12 x12 layout template is called "Sunny Day" and is one of the many pre-made templates available in the My Digital Studio by: (Stampin Up!) software. In this program you can create your own layouts, cards photo albums, movies and so much more. One great feature I just love about this studio is that you can modifiy anything on a Pre-made template as well as your own custom designed layouts.
Simply easy and user friendly to all beginners and advanced. Just Love It!
